Ms Hatem is a Senior Associate in the Arbitration Group, her expertise involves working in complex disputes and transactions including taxation, investment, insurance and agency disputes. She regularly represents the Firm’s clients under the auspices of various arbitration institutions, including ICC, LCIA, CRCICA, DIAC, SCCA, DIFC-LCIA and QICCA.
