Mr Helmy is a seasoned Counsel who specialises in commercial arbitration, litigation and corporate disputes with more than 30 years of experience. Mr Helmy regularly represents clients at all state courts and under the auspices of various arbitration institutions, including ICC, LCIA, CRCICA, DIAC SCCA, DIFC-LCIA and QICCA. He also advises clients on wide array of laws in the MENA Region, including Egypt, UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Mr Helmy obtained an LLB from Alexandria University in 1996 and has been registered to plead before the courts of appeal and the State Council since 2010.
